Acta Consultancy and Trade, completed the launch of “Mavi Beyaz” branded adult diaper product range in Maltese market.  Maltese market is predominantly supplied by Italian suppliers for most of the FMCG product lines.  Italian brands like Sani, Abriflex as well as regional and global players like Tena and Depend are dominant in the market.

As ACTA, we only focused on the premium segment in the Maltese market based on our analysis of the competition and launched the premium segment portfolio of “Mavi Beyaz” , by optimizing the unique selling proposition against the well-established competitors

ACTA has been working with the prominent non-food distributor in the country and worked out the strategical price positioning of the brand in the market. 

By establishing a launch plan with the local partner to initiate trial in the market and attending to the launch meeting of the brand in the country by directly interacting with the sales force on the field, we were able to underline the critical price quality ratio of the brand against its competitors in this new category which they have not distributed before. 



ACTA is planning to increase the coverage of “Mavi Beyaz” branded products up to 80% (weighted distribution) in the country and make sure that the portfolio is well displayed and present in all relevant sales points.
